What we collect
Your name, contact details (email, phone, home address), work experience, skills, languages, assessment results (IQ, DISC, English, typing, internet speed), device information, expected rate, availability, and the documents you submit.
How we use it
Solely to assess your application, contact you about the recruitment process, and, if you are hired, to begin onboarding. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where it goes
Your responses are transmitted to our recruitment systems and to AstralX staff involved in hiring. Uploaded documents are received via Google Forms. We retain application data only as long as needed for recruitment purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. You may also withdraw your consent, though this may end your application.
